Avery Rouse

While competing in HRM, Avery Rouse was a top 20 finalist, and a 3X HRM ICDC Qualifier. Over time serving as the VP of Community Service, she raised $1310.60 towards the MDA Foundation. Avery now spends her time at ISU studying Political Science.

Abigail Huitt

During her time in DECA, Abigail Huitt qualified for the International Career Development Conference four times across multiple competitive events. As Iowa DECA’s Vice President of Marketing, she led initiatives that provided more than 500 pieces of professional attire to members, helping increase access to career-ready resources. Abigail was later elected to serve as the 2026–2027 Central Region Vice President and is pursuing a degree in Business Management at Luther College.

Tyler Simpson

Through Tyler’s time serving in DECA he learned what to do with his future through competing in a variety of marketing competitions. His favorite was any of the sports marketing competitions.

Diva Dodiya

In Diva’s time in DECA she attended Cedar Falls and was the first state officer from her school. Diva qualified for ICDC all three years in DECA. Diva will be spending her next four years at Washington University in ST. Louis on the Pre-Med track. Go Bears!
